Just a little something I made.
It’s one of those things I made “in the flow” so I don’t have step by step photos but I can give you an idea of what I did.
I used various colors of alcohol ink to stain the wood.
Covered the wrist in several bits of origami paper adhered with Mod Podge.
Stamped “Make A Wish” with black Staz On. In the places that the stamped image didn’t really “take” I used a Sharpie Permanent marker to fill in.
I antiqued it all with Distress Ink from Ranger.
After everything dried I glued on a feather butterfly and wrapped a multi-strand necklace from World Market around the wrist for a bracelet.
Just a Saturday putzing around in the studio. :)
