I got a box of old family photos earlier this summer from my mother. They are from my father’s side of the family – the Jarvis and O’Dell family tree.
This is of my great grandmother Melissa Smith Jarvis who was married to Nathan Jarvis.
The Legend of Mammy Jane is a book one of my cousins wrote and they are both mentioned in Jane’s story. It’s a really great read… if you can get your hands on a copy.
