Halloween Crafts: Created a Cute Fuzzy Spider

 Halloween Crafts: Fuzzy Spider

Not all spiders need to be creepy and scary. Sometimes a cute, fuzzy spider is needed in stead.

Not only is he cute but, seriously, it doesn’t get much easier than this!

 Halloween Crafts: Fuzzy Spider

I used a foam ball from FloraCraft and wrapped it in a maribou boa. Depending on what size foam ball you use, you may or may not use the whole boa.

I used fern pins here and there to anchor the boa to the foam ball. Then I stuck chenille stems in for legs and bent them in the design I wanted and glued wiggle eyes in place.

You can either put an elastic cord or clear mono filament in the top to suspend the spider. The elastic cord will give it a little “bounce”.

THIS spider is adorable… but some others I’ve seen… not so much! LOL! I’ll stop by and see what you’ve got going on. :)
