Autumn has officially arrived at The Creative Goddess studios. It’s been chilly, damp and gloomy most of the week. And very quiet.
I’m not sure what to do with myself!
I snapped this photo of my sweet Miniature Schnauzer, Holle on one of our visits to the mail box this week. I have the hardest time getting that little dog to sit still for a photo. She’ll sit and look all pretty until the EXACT SECOND I press the button and then she turns her head.
So this is a very lucky shot.
And look how big my mums are this year! I’m madly in love with the color and I also love the way they coordinate with the plant behind them.
For the life of me I can’t remember the name of that plant right this minute. UGH! I hate it when that happens. I’ll have to dig out my gardening journals to see if I can track it down.
Hylotelephium – commonly referred to as Sedum!
Gardening journals.
Save my butt every time. :)

The flowers dry like this.
I must remember to keep some around for decorating NEXT fall.

Other Stuff I Did:

I just got word this week that I’ll be demoing the Tulip ScreenIt at two Michael’s locations in October. The North Canton store on 10/13 from 2-4pm and at the Fairlawn store on 10/20 from 2-4.
I’m super excited about it and home my local readers will come out to say, “Hello!” I’d love to meet you!
