Toolbox Tuesday: Amazing Mold Putty

Toolbox Tuesday: Amazing Mold Putty

I received this sample of Amazing Mold Putty at Winter CHA and I’ve been playing with it lately. It’s so easy to use, sets up quick and the molds can be used over and over again. My brain is FULL of new ideas!

I had these hair pins on hand and tore the roses off them. It was actually quite easy to do.

I created a mold by following the instructions and then filled it with resin.

Follow all of the package instructions. You’ll be surprised at how easy the whole process is.

And in the spirit of experimentation I colored them with nail polish.

My nail polishes make them look almost like the ones in the package. Now I can make little resin roses for lots of different projects.

The brand on the right covered better than the one on the left. Just in case you were wondering.

I’ve only made a couple of small things so far but I’m working on some other projects to share in the next day or two. So stay tuned!
